How to get a Client ID

In Google Cloud Console, open APIs & Services, Library, and enable YouTube Analytics API and YouTube Data API v3.
Open the OAuth consent screen, choose External, fill in an app name and your email, and add your Google account as a Test user.
Open Credentials, Create credentials, OAuth client ID, type Web application.
Under Authorized JavaScript origins add this page's address:
Copy the Client ID and paste it above. No secret or redirect URI is needed.
